Testing Mercury in the Air: Take one test strip and place it in the area suspected of mercury leakage or insert it into the floor crevice. Allow the test strip to remain in place for a period ranging from 1 to 24 hours. After the specified time, compare the color of the test strip with an unused test strip. If the test strip turns yellow or yellow-brown, it indicates a positive result, signifying the presence of mercury in the tested area., Testing Mercury in Liquid Samples: 1 For colorless or milky white liquids, testing can be conducted directly. For skin whitening and spot-removing face masks, dilute the rinsed water (from rinsing the mask with pure water in a 1:1 ratio) and test the diluted solution directly. For colorless solid or semi-solid cosmetics, dilute a 10-fold mixture with pure water and test after thorough mixing. 2 Take one test strip and immerse it into the liquid sample at a depth of approximately 1 cm. After 3 seconds, move out the strip and let it stand for 3 minutes. Next, compare the color change on the test strip with the colors on the control color chart. Identify the color tier on the chart that matches or closely resembles the color change on the test strip. The numerical value indicated next to the color tier represents the mercury concentration in the sample, measured in parts per million (PPM). If the sample has been diluted tenfold, multiply the numerical value indicated next to the color tier on the control color chart by 10 to obtain the mercury concentration in the sample after dilution.

Quaternary Ammonium Sanitizer Concentration Test Strips [0~1000]

Intended Use:
This method is suitable for on-site rapid test of quaternary ammonium concentration in quaternary ammonium sanitizer. E.g. testing single-chain or double-chain quaternary ammonium such as cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, double decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, etc. The test range is 0～1000ppm (mg/L).

Instructions:
1 Loosen the lid of the box, pull out 2-3cm of the test strip and tear it off;
2 Immerse the test strip in the sample for 1~2 seconds, take it out and shake off excess liquid;
3 Compare the result with the color scale within 4 to 8 second-time window;
4 Sample with higher concentration can be diluted before measuring. When determining the concentration, multiply the result by the dilution factor.
5 Keep the test strip box sealed in a bag.

ATTENTION: This method is not suitable for determining the concentration of quaternary ammonium sanitizer compatible with ethanol or isopropanol.
